Of course there can be times when we are not feeling fully motivated.

Here are some ideas to get your motivation back to it’s top.

  • try staying away from substances which over stimulate your mind
  • reduce your work load
  • visualize where you want to go, having future plans will help you feel more motivated
  • have a perfect day or week plan
  • maintain good belief systems, bin negative thoughts about yourself and be kind to yourself
  • try meditation
  • say prayers or be spiritual
  • spend time in nature
  • listen to wonderful music, sing or dance
  • join a mastermind, a group of experts who can coach and guide you in any challenging life situation
  • get a coach
  • join a self improvement retreat
  • reminisce over memories
  • be more social, say yes to more invitations
  • bring new people into your life
  • practice writing a gratitude journal
  • get down to the library and find something that interests you
  • contribute to others or volunteer.
  • take a break from television and your phone
  • most of all do something you love
